The Knights Cup will showcase the top women's field lacrosse talent from the Ontario Women's Field Lacrosse (OWFL) leagues in Canada. The tournament will take place on June 8, 2026 in Oshawa, ON.

7:30 - 8:00 Team Check-In
8:00 - 9:30 Player Clinic (led by college coaches)
8:00 - 6:00 Tournament Play
Note: 30 min break in the schedule for Q&A with college coaches @ Field #1 stadium stands

JR/U19/U15 - Teams will be placed based on level
Registration
JR/U19 $1500. Deposit $500 (due May 5, 2026). Balance due May 30
U15 $1200. Deposit: $500 (due May 5, 2026). Balance due May 30
Individual/House Team $185
