Ontario Women’s Field Lacrosse Overview
The mandate of the Ontario Women’s Field Lacrosse (OWFL) is to provide opportunities for girls and women of all ages to participate in women’s field lacrosse in the province of Ontario. The OWFL organizes and coordinates all sanctioned competitions and related activities for the sport of women’s field lacrosse in Ontario.
Position Overview
The OWFL is looking for a Game Day Administrator for the 2026 season to support game day operations on OWFL host weekends as well as Provincials. This individual will report to the Director of Game Day Operations and will be the main contact on Host weekends. They will work closely with OWFL Executive, and the social media coordinator for all our member clubs. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of the Women's Field Lacrosse game.
Responsibilities:
Ensure fields are set up 30-60 minutes before first game.
Prepare/collect iPads for each host weekend
Point of contact on site
Update stats after each game
Time Commitment:
OWFL host weekend (approximately 7:00am-9:00pm Saturday, 7:00am-7:00pm Sunday) schedule dependant.

Week 3 Split | June 6-7, 2026 - TBD
Week 4 All | June 12-13, 2026 - TBD

Canada Day Break | June 27-28, 2026
Week 6 Split | July 4-5, 2026 - TBD
Week 7 Split | July 11-12, 2026 - TBD (July 12 rain date for U9/U11/U13)
Rain Date | July 25-26 - TBD U15/U19 only
Provincials:
U9, U11, U13 Provincials Weekend (JEWL Semis/Finals) | July 17-19, 2026 - TBD
U15, U19 Provincials Weekend | August 7-9, 2026 - TBD

Spilt = U9/U11 will be at a different location on Sunday

Compensation:
$300/day plus mileage based on candidate’s proximity to host site - this will be discussed prior to the start of the season. Accommodation will be covered for Provincials depending on candidate’s proximity to site. All expense reports need to be submitted and approved by OWFL Director of Game Day Operations.
What you bring to the role:
You are a team player that displays strong initiative, excellent communication skills
You can work independently and you are a problem solver.
You have knowledge of Women’s Field Lacrosse rules, Google sheets
You have a love for the game of Women’s Field Lacrosse and have experience playing within the OWFL or the OLA
Valid drivers license
